Leonardo Alejandro Gomide Alcântara

Leonardo holds a law degree from the Federal University of Juiz de Fora (2005), a master's degree in Sociology and Law from the Fluminense Federal University (2008) and a PhD in Sociology and Law from the Fluminense Federal University (2014). He is currently a professor at the Granbery Methodist College, a counselor at the Juiz de Fora Municipal Council for the Environment, president of the Environmental Education Program - PREA and a specialization professor at the Federal University of Juiz de Fora. He has experience in the area of Law and Sociology, with emphasis on Environmental Law, working mainly on the following topics: environmental management, social and environmental conflicts, democracy and protected territorial spaces.

Matheus Machado Cremonese

Matheus holds a Master's degree in Urban Space Management from Federal Fluminse University (UFF Niterói), a Bachelor's degree and a degree in Geography from the Federal University of Juiz de Fora (UFJF), a BA in History from the Juiz de Fora Higher Education Center JF). Currently, he is Administrative Director of PREA and technical consultant, President of the Board of Hydrographic Basins of the rivers Preto and Paraibuna - PS1, advisor of COMDEMA J.F, CEIVAP and is professor in Environmental Engineering at Doctum Faculty of Juiz de Fora - MG. He has courses in the areas of water resources management and municipal plans of the Atlantic Forest. His work is related to the following themes: urbanism, tourism, environmental education, water resources, environmental management.

Lawyer, graduated in 2002 from the Federal University of Juiz de Fora, focused on the areas of Criminal Law, Environmental Law and Public Law. Conservationist, member of PREÁ since the beginning of its activities and enthusiast of the environmental cause, as well as ecotourism.

Post-graduation lato sensu in Modern and Contemporary Philosophy. Bachelor and Bachelor in Biological Sciences, Federal University of Juiz de Fora (2007). Has experience in Genetics, Bioethics and Ecology of neotropical primates. He works as a member of the NGO - PREA (Environmental Education Projects) in Juiz de Fora.

Cézar Henrique Barra Rocha
Technical Coordination
Cézar holds a degree in Civil Engineering from the Federal University of Juiz de Fora (1990), specialization in Geoprocessing at UFRJ (2000), a Master's degree in Transportation from the University of São Paulo (1994) and a PhD in Geography from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (2003) . He is Associate Professor III of the Federal University of Juiz de Fora and Coordinator of the Specialization Course in Environmental Analysis. He teaches the GPS and Geoprocessing disciplines for Undergraduate and Postgraduate. He acts as permanent professor of the Graduate Program in Ecology - PGECOL / ICB / UFJF. He has experience in the areas of Transportation and Environment, focusing on Environmental Monitoring and Environmental Impact Assessment, researching the impacts of land use on water quality. He is the leader of the Nucleus of Geo Environmental Analysis (NAGEA) - CNPQ. Represents the UFJF in the Interinstitutional Commission of Environmental Education of the Zona da Mata Minasira (CIEA / ZM); integrates the staff of the Museum of Archeology and American Ethnology (MAEA) of the UFJF and the NGO Environmental Education Program (PREA). He is a reviewer of the journals Tree, Sanitary and Environmental Engineering (RESA), Brazilian Journal of Agricultural and Environmental Engineering (AGRIAMBI) and Environment and Water.
